YOUR DRAINS KEEP BLOCKING?

By putting the camera into the problem drain we will be able to discover whether there are
displaced joints, roots, cracks or any other foreign objects or damage.

THINKING OF PURCHASING A PROPERTY?

It is especially important to arrange a CCTV Drain Survey before you purchase a property, as a
usual house survey would not pick up underground pipe work, i.e. condition and material type of
the pipe. If any underlying fault is not found, certain repairs can work out to be very costly. We
would usually deal with a pre-house purchase survey using the CCTV LookSee, however if you
would prefer a full report we can provide this.

CCTV LOOKSEE You will be supplied with a basic site plan of the drainage layout system and a short report with any recommendations we can make to improve your drainage system, along with any quotation for remedial work required.

CCTV VIDEO AND REPORT

As well as being provided with the basic site plan and short you will receive a more detailed report
listing any recommendations, depending on the drainage layout on site. You will also receive a
DVD copy of the CCTV work that has been carried out.
